Description of Service
WellQuote provides a cloud-based quotation management platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and track professional quotations for their customers.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WellQuote to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any fraudulent purpose
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to WellQuote. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WellQuote and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
