Quick Start Guide

This guide will walk you through creating your first quote in WellQuote. By the end, you’ll have a professional quotation ready to send.

Step 1: Add Your First Product

Before you can create a quote, you need at least one product in your catalog.

1. Go to Settings → Products
2. Click Add Product
3. Enter a name, description, and price
4. Save the product

You can always add more products later, but having one is enough to get started.

Step 2: Create a Quote

Now let’s create your first quote:

1. Click New Quote from the dashboard
2. Add your customer’s name and contact information
3. Click Add Item and select your product
4. Adjust the quantity if needed
5. Review the total

Step 3: Customize and Send

Before sending, you might want to:

• Add notes or special terms
• Set an expiry date for the quote
• Preview how it will look as a PDF

When you’re ready:

1. Click Preview PDF to check everything looks right
2. Click Send or download the PDF to email manually
